Callayomi County

The Callayomi County Water District (CCWD) is a public water system that is regulated by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). The CDPH ensures that the CCWD adheres to all state and federal drinking water regulations to ensure the health and safety of the public. We provide potable drinking water to 366 active connections, including residential, commercial and insustrial customers

We sell bulk water to customers needing construction water, irrigation water and water due to wells not producing




Our source of water for the CCWD is a groundwater well. It is chlorinated at the wellhead with a small amount of chlorine as required by the Health Department.

The CCWD has a backup well in case of emergencies.

The District has a multi media filter used prior to storage.
